PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Project consists of 300,000 square feet of large box retail and 200,000 square feet of office flex space. West Gate was a conversion of a former 750,000 square foot Caterpillar Tractor manufacturing facility.

Located on Interstate I880 at Davis Street in San Leandro, CA, West Gate was an obvious reuse for retail on the ground floor. The second floor of the 750,000 sq. ft two story building, allowed for drive up parking and deliveries. The space was converted into a creative office flex environment for over 120 tenants.

Major retail tenants include: Sport Mart, Office Depot, Home Depot, See’s Candy and Best Buy.
