PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Project consists of 200 two level underground parking garage with 89 condominium units above and four apartment buildings historically renovated for professional office space.
The garage was a design-build garage with a (4) four story wood framed condominium complex above. The 89 units were finished with wood floors, granite tops and custom millwork as a part of luxury condominium build out.

Construction management for the project included management of the design, city approvals, permitting, bidding, construction and historical renovation.
