PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Project consists of 285 car garage in a two level underground parking structure with 95,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor and 20 screen Century Theaters cinema.  The retail on the ground floor includes restaurants, retail shops and retail services.

Significant project issues would include a water table 7 feet below grade, coordination of a private project on top of the public garage, intricate structural system, design and development agreement with the City of Redwood City, extensive public improvements, contaminated ground water and contaminated soils.
