Napa Junction (Phase I & II)—American Canyon, CA

Napa Junction is the creation of a new downtown core within the City of American Canyon and the start of Main Street for the City. The mixed-use project that includes a 3-acre Main Street Park, 216 unit apartment complex (The Lodge at Napa Junction), 100 room Holiday Inn & Suites, 215,000 square feet of retail and retail services anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Downtown Gateway—Rocklin, CA

A fully approved 140 unit mixed-use apartment project located on Pacific Street in the heart of the Old Town area of Rocklin, CA. This project is part of the City’s Downtown revitalization plan to urbanize its core and bring much needed high density residential to the area. The 140 units are in 6 separate buildings with the two buildings along the Pacific Street corridor, providing 16,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

The Nueva School—Hillsborough, CA

A LEED Gold expansion of the Nueva School, winner of numerous awards including the 2007 Top 10 Sustainable Projects in the United States, according to AIA. The Nueva School expansion consists of a new library, two-story classroom building and student center. This integrated design approach creates cost-effective, high-performance learning environments that teach students about the virtues of environmental stewardship on a daily basis.

Napa Junction Phase III is fully approved for 131,500 square feet of retail for mid-size tenants, restaurants and retail pads. With its prime Highway 29 location, +/- 60,000 cars passing the site per day and adjacent to the phenomenally successful Wal-Mart Super Center, Phase III is well positioned to tap into the underserved retail market.

On Broadway—Redwood City, CA

Located on Broadway in the Heart of Downtown Redwood City, On Broadway is the renaissance project that has revitalized Redwood City’s core into a vibrant commercial district. The project consists of Century Theatres 20 screen cinema, along with 95,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor; including restaurants, retails shops and retail services. The project was built on top of a 285 two-level underground parking garage.

Napa Gateway Commerce Center—Napa, CA

Located in the Napa Valley Gateway Business Park, the 3.1 acre project was designed with two buildings—20,640 square feet each with individual spaces/bays available, starting at 2,844 square feet for small businesses looking to own their facility. A small office is located at the front with a roll up doors at the rear of each unit.

Pacific Hacienda—San Carlos, CA

Located on Walnut Street in San Carlos, CA, Pacific Hacienda consists of 89 condominium units and four apartment buildings, which were historically renovated for professional office space. The construction consists of a four story wood framed condominium complex on a post tension, two level underground parking structure. The 89 units are finished with wood floors, granite tops and custom millwork, as part of the luxury condominium build out.

A 300-acre Business Park located adjacent to the Napa County Airport on Highway 29 in South Napa County. Napa Valley Gateway is well positioned to accommodate the wine industry expansion. At build out, the park will accommodate 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse and service retail.

West Gate—San Leandro, CA

A 750,000 square foot conversion of a former Caterpillar Tractor manufacturing facility into large box retail and office flex space. Located on Interstate I-880 at Davis Street in San Leandro, CA, West Gate was an obvious reuse for retail on the ground floor. The second floor allowed for drive up parking and deliveries. The space was converted into a creative office flex environment for over 120 tenants.
